Memorial's Organizational Structure

Memorial is undergoing a change in its organizational structure. The backbone framework consists of the teams in bold below:
Oversees and coordinates the Facilities Maintenance Team, Finance, Trustees, SPRC, and other teams and task forces for administrative purposes. Establishes policies for routine tasks to help prevent repeating decisions. Makes decisions concerning major expenditures and contracts. Representatives of the other teams sit on the Ad Support Team. All trustees sit on the Ad Support Team.
The
Spiritual
Leaders Circle
Organizes and oversees programs designed to lead and enhance the spiritual
growth of the congregation.
The Leader Network
A network open to all members of the church for discussion of any topic or
concern. If any action concerning finances or any administration is
referred to the Ad Support Team.
Other sub groups:
SPRC: The personnel department of the church. Deals with all matters of
employees benefits and salary.
TRUSTEES: The legal body of the church. Deals with legal issues.
EQUIPPING TEAM: Finds and nominates people to fill volunteer positions at the church.
FACILITIES MAINTENANCE: Oversees all issues involved in maintaining the church property. This includes all repairs to plumbing, electrical, hardware, and grounds, gardeners, and custodians. The Fac. Maint. Team brings any expenses and capital improvement needs to the Ad Support Team for approval.
Memorial's structure is first and foremost aimed at implementing its vision of Empowering Servant Leadership: serving you and supporting your discipleship of carrying out our mission of Showing and Telling Jesus’ Love Everywhere through the many active ministry, mission, work areas or groups representing one to several dozen people or more.
