The Staff Parish Relations Team does the personnel work of the congregation. It recommends salaries, does staff reviews, pastoral assessments, the annual congregation staff surveys; creates and monitors personnel policies, job descriptions and relates to the staff, the pastors and their families as well as the congregation around any concerns related to the staff and job performance.  It relates to the Administrative Support Team about personnel issues as required by the Book of Discipline.
