The Leader Network is where all of the leaders of the various ministry, mission and groups of the church meet together to calendar, communicate, and encourage one another in our common ministry as disciples. The Leader Network is where a topic of interest to the whole congregation requiring feedback, or information that needs to be discussed by “everybody” can be networked—that is run through all the ministries, mission teams and groups via the reps to the Network. The Leader Network is where we keep ourselves “on track” with our vision and mission as a church.
