On\u00a0May 18, 2013, we packed 10,200 meals for the hungry<\/a>. This was such a success and was so easy, we know we can do more. On October 20th, 2013,at 12:30 pm, at Memorial<\/abbr>, we will pack 120,000 meals in bags at a huge\u00a0meal packing event<\/a>\u00a0as part of Memorial<\/abbr>’s 120th anniversary. Each bag serves 6 meals.<\/h3>\n

Each meal costs us 25 cents. There are 6 meals in a bag, so we need to raise $30,000 to purchase the food. Donations are being accepted now. \u00a0ALL donations will go to the food purchase. Memorial<\/abbr> keeps none of it.<\/h3>\n
