For Google Chrome Android browser:

1. Type in “https://www.mem-umc.org” in your Google Chrome Android browser.
2. Click the three dots at the upper right of the screen
3. Choose “Add to Home Screen”
4. Follow the instructions.

For Samsung’s Browser:

1. Type in “https://www.mem-umc.org” in your Samsung browser.
2. Click the three lines at the bottom right of your screen
3. Click on “+ Add Page To”
4. Choose “Home Screen”
5. Follow the instructions.

Other browsers should have similar procedures.

Any church leader, ether paid or volunteer can have a church email account at our domain, (@mem-umc.org), but it is not necessary.  Church staff also have email addresses via Microsoft365 with the addresses of <username>@memumc.onmicrosoft.com. Those emails may not be checked frequently. Your @mem-umc.org address may be checked by signing in via the link above.

Mail to church members is sent via @mem-umc.org.  If you ever see any emails from @mem-umc.org in you spam folder, check “Not Spam” if that is available.  Notify the office or webmaster.

You can send email to the church staff via the contact menu on this site..

Energy Management Series pdf document 1

Some things that Memorial has done for energy management:

• Installed rooftop solar for the campus.
• Installed WiFi programmable thermostats in the sanctuary with temperature limits.
• Personnel frequently monitors and adjust thermostats to meet needs.
• Installed LED parking lot lights
• Installed LED lighting (florescent tube replacement) in the sanctuary
• Monitor solar output to assure solar is working properly. (https://solar.mem-umc.org)  (if you see no production here, let the office know)

Additional things that can be done:

• LED spotlights in the sanctuary. (choir LED lighting has already been done)
• Correct water leaks
• Seal the 1/4 inch gap between adobe walls and roof around the entire Worship Center that allows heat to escape.
